Overview

The Maylands hotel established since 1883 recently renovated, by the Palazzo Property Group, owner of "Cafe Palazzo" in Norwood. The new "Maylands Hotel", has been uplifted from it's old tired interior with up market (a modern decor) materials and finishes.

The hotel has 3 bars; The Ivory Lounge, Onyx Bar better known as the sports bar and Philtons Bar.

It boasts an elegant formal dining area featuring Swarovski down lights and brick walls washed in blue L.E.D. lighting.
Philtons Restaurant features jarrah flooring, Caesar stone tables, leather wall panels and a ceiling feature with hand-made iron scrolls at the center of the room.

The Regal Room is the function room featuring ceilings with gold pressed metal panels and Swarovski New York style chandeliers and wall lights.

The entrance features an original water feature design surrounded by mirror finish including titanium gold plated tiles being used here before any other venue.

The gaming room has an up market feel and also features Swarovski chandeliers and gilded cornices.
